Nine-year old Soo-ah is told that her parents have moved to Saudi Arabia for work opportunities, when in fact, her parents have just divorced and abandoned her at her grandmother’s. When she witnesses her friend Mi-ja getting raped, her innocent outlook on life changes. Eleven years later, Soo-ah spots Mi-ja on the subway and she decides to take justice into her own hands.
